In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection,” the Buyer has the right to return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the order, excluding the day of purchase, provided that the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine are met.
At the same time, please note that a significant part of the brand’s assortment belongs to the category of goods that are not subject to return and/or exchange according to Annex No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994.
Goods that are not subject to return and/or exchange include:
corsets;
corset dresses;
products with corset and shaping elements;
bodysuits;
underwear;
corsetry items;
hosiery and socks;
other items with individual hygienic and operational characteristics.
Only certain categories of goods may be eligible for return and/or exchange, in particular:
jeans;
jackets;
outerwear;
specific items for which the possibility of return is explicitly stated in the product description on the website.
Return or exchange of eligible goods is possible only under the simultaneous fulfillment of the following conditions:
the item has not been used;
the товар appearance, consumer properties, factory tags, seals, and packaging are preserved;
there are no signs of wear, foreign odors, stains, cosmetic traces, or mechanical damage;
a document confirming the purchase is provided.
In case of manufacturing defects or if the received product does not match the order, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller to resolve the issue of exchange, return, or compensation in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the above conditions are not met or if the product belongs to categories that are not subject to return under Ukrainian law.
Gift certificates (electronic and physical) are not subject to return or exchange.
To process a return or exchange, the Buyer must contact the store’s customer support service, providing the order number and details of the request.
