SHIPPING FEES AND TAXES

Shipping and handling charges, as well as any taxes or duties paid (e.g., customs fees, VAT, etc.), are non-refundable and are your responsibility.

1. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of appropriate quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving the order, excluding the day of purchase, provided that the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine are met.

2. At the same time, please note that a significant part of the brand's assortment belongs to the category of goods that are not subject to return and/or exchange according to Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994.

3. Non-returnable and/or non-exchangeable goods include:

• corsets;
• corset dresses;
• products with corset and shape-retaining elements;
• bodysuits;
• underwear;
• corset products;
• hosiery;
• other products that have individual hygienic and performance characteristics.

4. Only certain categories of goods may be subject to return and/or exchange, in particular:

• jeans;
• jackets;
• outerwear;
• specific items for which the return option is explicitly stated in the product description on the website.

5. The return or exchange of returnable goods is possible exclusively under the simultaneous compliance with the following conditions:

• the product has not been used;
• the marketable appearance, consumer properties, factory tags, seals, and packaging are preserved;
• there are no signs of wear, foreign odors, stains, makeup traces, or mechanical damage;
• a document confirming the purchase is provided.

6. In case of detecting a manufacturing defect or receiving a product that does not match the order, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller to resolve the issue regarding exchange, return, or compensation in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
7. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of goods in case of non-compliance with the above conditions or if the goods belong to categories that are non-returnable under the legislation of Ukraine.
8. Gift cards (electronic and physical) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
9. To initiate a return or exchange, it is necessary to contact the store's customer support, stating the order number and details of the request.
